Listen again to our chat with Orlanda about Fostering Hampshire Children

Albeit a slightly unusual setting for an interview of this nature, Outreach Radio was joined at Westquay On Ice by Orlanda from Hampshire County Council to have a chat about Fostering Hampshire Children.

Fostering Hampshire Children, part of Hampshire County Council, is made up of a community of over 450 fostering households and 60 staff members. Based within Children’s Services, they find and assess new foster carers for the children of Hampshire as well as support current foster carers. To find out more about Children’s services, please visit their website, telephone  01489 587052 or email fostering@hants.gov.uk.

Rated outstanding by Ofsted, Hampshire County Council provides ground-breaking support, quality training and competitive allowances through flexible and robust fostering opportunities for its community. Hampshire County Council is dedicated to making Hampshire an even better place for children and young people. Where all, including those who are vulnerable or disadvantaged, have the best possible start in life and are supported by the whole community to succeed.
