Peter Symonds College Prom on Outreach Radio

Over the last two years, Outreach Radio has been supporting the students of Peter Symonds College in Winchester with their student led radio enrichment programme called “Symonds Radio”.

The first cohort of the Symonds Radio student team have recently completed their A-Level examinations, and are celebrating their time at the college in style through a student-organised Prom on Saturday, June 24th, at the Winchester Guildhall.

Outreach Radio will celebrating with the students and marking the occasion by broadcasting live from the Winchester Guildhall. The evening will feature live musicians plus DJs from Peter Symonds College alongside Outreach Radio providing great music for everyone attending and tuning in on the radio, as they celebrate the class of 2023.

Zac,the Student Union President 2022-24, Mia, the Student Union Vice-President 2022-23 and Events Officer, Will, joined Onur, The Groovy Pelican for a chat on the evening of Monday 22nd June in Open Airwaves.
