Carl Maskelyne

With a deep knowledge and genuine love for what he plays, Carl brings energy and personality to every show on Outreach Radio.
Carls taste extends across the 60s, 80s, soul, dance, and indie genres, seamlessly fusing iconic tracks with timeless feel-good favourites. A lifelong fan of Depeche Mode, with Faithless standing out as a must-see live act, Carl’s musical roots were shaped early by records like Altered Images’ See Those Eyes and The Human League’s Dare, influences that still shine through his sound today.
Carl’s passion for music goes beyond the studio too, with a fully working 1958 jukebox taking pride of place at home – a nod to his lifelong love of music.
