Charlotte brings extensive broadcasting and music industry experience to the station. Before joining Outreach Radio, she volunteered with Three Valleys Radio and Smooth Hits Radio, building a strong foundation in live, audience-focused broadcasting.

At Outreach Radio, Charlotte is a familiar on-air voice and an integral member of the wider team. Alongside presenting, she serves as Business Development Manager, driving the station’s financial growth and brand development. She is also part of the Events Team, having interviewed high-profile TV personalities at major events, including BBC Gardeners’ World and the New Forest Show, delivering engaging coverage for listeners.

Away from the studio, Charlotte is an established independent singer, songwriter, and performing artist with over a decade of experience across live performance, recording, and music-led media. She releases original music across pop, R&B, soul, and soft rock, with regular airplay across prestigious national and regional radio stations, alongside respected independent broadcasters. Her live work spans festivals, concert halls, and venues nationwide, earning her a reputation for powerful vocals and strong audience connection.

Her wider music career includes work as a freelance lead and backing vocalist and wedding and events performer, providing first-hand experience of both the creative and commercial sides of the industry.

Charlotte has developed her craft under the guidance of respected industry professionals linked to major UK artists, experience that strongly informs both her music knowledge and her broadcasting style.

Known across Portsmouth for her humour and commanding vocals, Charlotte brings a natural warmth and quick wit that translates seamlessly from stage to radio.

Charlotte’s wealth of experience and knowledge of music, combined with her passion for presenting, has led to her hosting After 8 at The Loft with Outreach Radio, a live music series dedicated to showcasing some of Hampshire’s finest original artists and bands. It’s a series that gives musicians a professional platform to perform their original music, share the stories behind their songs, and connect with thousands of listeners across Outreach Radio and digital platforms.
