The Romsey Show took place on the 12th of September 2026, and is one of the absolute highlights of the Hampshire calendar.
Organised by the Romsey Agricultural & Horse Show Society, this fantastic, charity-run event brings “town and country” together for an action-packed day of family entertainment. From magnificent livestock classes and heavy machinery displays to live music, stunt shows, shopping stalls, and incredible local food courts, it truly showcases the very best of our local community and countryside.
As the Official Media Sponsor for the third year running, Outreach Radio was right at the heart of the action at Broadlands Park!
Positioned in prime real estate right between Food Court and the Main Ring, the Outreach Radio team kept the energy high all day long. Here is how we brought the show to life for our listeners:

The New Forest & Hampshire County Show is Hampshire’s ultimate three-day celebration of countryside life, agriculture, and community spirit.
Held from the 28-30th July 2026 at the scenic New Park in Brockenhurst, this historic event has been bringing people together for over a century. From high-energy main ring stunt displays and prestigious equine competitions to incredible local food stalls, traditional rural crafts, and live entertainment, the show transforms the heart of the National Park into a bustling hub of family fun.
As Your Truly Local Radio Station, Outreach Radio was thrilled to make its first-ever appearance at this spectacular event, bringing our listeners right into the heart of the action!

The BBC Gardeners’ World Spring Fair is an annual event hosted in the picturesque grounds of Beaulieu in the heart of the New Forest National Park.
Since launching in 2021, the fair has firmly established itself as a premier highlight of the British gardening calendar. The event features stunning showcase gardens, hands-on workshops, specialist plant nurseries, expert advice stages with headline presenters, a BBC Good Food Market, and full access to the iconic Beaulieu attractions, including the National Motor Museum.
As part of the festivities, Outreach Radio pitched up live at the event for the third year running to bring all the atmosphere, interviews, and action directly to the airwaves.
